The Sugden Multi-plant came into existence around 6 years ago and its an idea we have strived to improve with every single Line we have produced since then. The Multi-plant would be bespoke to each of our customers giving them the control to decide which of the range of products they would wish to manufacture, it can be designed to incorporate a sheet and stamp Line for Potato Cakes and Welsh Cakes as well as the standard Crumpet, Pancakes and any other batter products that our wide range of clients may wish to manufacture.

With a range of throughputs starting at 2,000 Crumpets or 2,400 Pancakes based on various bake times all the way up to 7,000 Crumpets or 8,400 Pancakes the Line brings the ability for our customers to be able to change between products in approximately 30 mins meaning one order could be filled giving the bakery the opportunity to manufacture a completely different range of products on the same equipment optimising their capital investment.
